All of our paper-collage pieces are sealed with special lacquer. Regular furniture cleaner and a soft cloth will be enough to keep them dust free.

Ordering & Payment
In addition to the point-click-purchase ease you were accustomed to before, you can now review products, access your history, create, update and monitor a Wish List, and receive your order faster. We simply ask that you review your order carefully prior to submission, as it cannot be modified once submitted.
Order calculation
To view the total cost of your order, add the desired items to your shopping cart. Once you are finished shopping, click "checkout" and you will be directed to the checkout page. Your total will be calculated in U.S. dollars and will not include duty and taxes from Mexico to your international destination.
Order Confirmation
After you submit your order, you will receive an order confirmation number as well as an email that includes your order confirmation number and an approximate order total.
Order Status
If you placed your order through a password-protected online account, you may check the status of your order at any time by signing into My Account and selecting Order History. To check the status of any other order, email us at customerservice@artedeorigen.com.
Credit Cards & Gift Cards
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Arte de Origen Gift Cards.
Items are charged to your credit card when they ship; your credit card company will calculate the current exchange rate automatically. For verification purposes, every purchase made with a gift card will also require you to enter a credit card number. It will only be charged if the order total exceeds the amount on your Gift Card. If this happens, you will be charged the outstanding order balance. The information on your credit card will not be used for any other purpose.
Shipping Information
Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Mexican holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with the shipping and tracking information.Orders will arrive in approximately 7-10 business days via FedEx or Estafeta. Any applicable duty or taxes will be assessed upon delivery, to be paid by the order recipient.
Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be notified in either instance and will be provided an approximate shipment date. Rest assured any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order.
Customs, Tariffs And Taxes
Duty and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duty and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duty or taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

Backorders
If you place an order for an item that is not available for immediate shipment, it will be “backordered.” You will be informed if an item is backordered at the time you add it to your shopping cart, and you will also be given an approximate shipment date. Your order total will be determined at the current exchange rate at the time your items ship. In the event that a backordered item is part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. If for any reason you would like to cancel a backordered item, please email us at customerservice@artedeorigen.com.
Insurance
All of our pieces include shipping costs and insurance. We use special packaging to ensure the safe arrival of your piece, however accidents can happen and for that reason all pieces will be shipped with adequate insurance. Therefore, once you receive the package, it is vital for you to inspect the contents to make sure that no damage was done in transit. In case of a claim, it is very important to notify the shipping company upon receipt, or within 72 hours, and send us an email at customerservice@artedeorigen.com and include photos. We will then proceed to replace your piece of art. No returns or exchanges allowed.
